"I enjoy cooking. I think if you are vegetarian, and you can’t have dairy in your diet, like me, you have to be able to cook. Now I am based in London, which I love, I am looking forward to exploring some local farmers’ markets.
I’m very interested in where food comes from. I think a lot of the health problems people face now are as a result of what they are eating. And I don’t just mean junk food. I’m talking about eating food where you don’t know where it has come from."
